1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any Mart Multi Solution service, you confirm that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when registering and complete KYC verification where required. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Wallet & Transactions
The Mart Multi Solution Wallet may be used for recharge, bill payments, money transfers and marketplace purchases. Transaction limits and verification requirements may apply based on your KYC status.
4. Vendor, Publisher & Advertiser Program Terms
Vendors, publishers and advertisers must complete onboarding and comply with program-specific guidelines. Mart Multi Solution reserves the right to approve, suspend or remove any vendor, publisher or advertiser account that violates these terms.
5. Referral Program
Referral rewards are credited only when a referred user completes registration using a valid, unused referral code. Mart Multi Solution may modify or discontinue the referral program at any time. See the Refer & Earn page for current terms.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for fraudulent or unlawful transactions
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral or reward programs
- Listing counterfeit or restricted products in the marketplace
- Attempting to interfere with the security of the platform
7. Limitation of Liability
Mart Multi Solution is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, third-party payment failures, or delays caused by utility, telecom or banking partners.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the vendor, publisher, advertiser or referral programs.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
